Marnie Garrettson began her 20 year Enterprise Software Sales career in the Bay area during the early 90’s after leaving the Medical Device Manufacturing space. After spending several years in the fast-moving Dot.com arena, she entered the Enterprise Contact Center Communications space in 1999 with Aspect Communications. After a 5 year stay, she then moved to Genesys Telecommunications Labs for a 7 year role in the Sales Channel organization, perpetuating their emerging Cloud Contact Center vision.

Marnie is currently an honored Sales Professional for Interactive Intelligence, Inc., a company dedicated to industry-leading Unified IP Communications Solutions for the Enterprise. Acting as the Bay Area Director of Strategic Accounts, Marnie manages the Bay Area and facilitates all existing Customer, Prospect, Technology Alliance and Partner relationships.

With a life-long passion for community service and outreach, Marnie has served on several Industry and Community Outreach Boards and worked with various Charitable Organizations with a focus to improve and impact both her Professional and Local Communities. Board positions include the San Jose Flamenco Society, SOCAP International, and the Northern California Contact Center Association. Other leadership roles include organizations such as The Junior League of Sacramento, Mercy Housing, Sacramento Crisis Nurseries, Sacramento Children’s Receiving Home, Sacramento Food Bank, AMOUR Outreach, Powerhouse Ministries and Helping Hand’s.
